Jan Inge Torgersen was Funcom's Financial Controller and a member of the Management Board.



"Jan Inge Torgersen, a controller and primary
insider is leaving the Company. In that relation he
has sold 14.000 shares at an average price of NOK
14,01 totalling 196.140 NOK.

After this transactiom Mr. Torgersen does not have
shares or options in the Company.

if this guy was a major player on funcom's board (as a few people on those other boards seem to be suggesting), you would think he would have more than 14k shares.. i mean the CEO sold 400k and still had what, almost 1.2 million with options for another half mil or so?
